POCKET ARCADE / 0025

Crate Carnival

Read the locks. Change the key. Open the lane.

How to play

Open all four crates within thirty moves. Select two or more connected matching symbols, inspect the highlighted locks, then Clear group. A matching group directly beside a crate chips exactly one lock, regardless of its size. Wrong keys clear space but do not chip locks.

Crates have two locks, stay fixed, and block falling pieces until opened. Removing a crate connects the space above and below it. Only cleared blocks earn points; opening a crate restores one rekey ticket, capped at two.

Start with one ticket. Select an unopened crate, choose a different key symbol, then Rekey crate. This costs one ticket and one move, changing the required key while leaving both its remaining locks and every board piece intact. No score, chips or refill occur. Plan a matching crowd before spending.

Selection, key choices and Cancel are free. The forecast shows current-board consequences, never random refill. A board without a matching pair ends the shift, since rekeying cannot create a pair. Arrow keys navigate; Enter or Space selects. New run repeats a URL seed or starts a fresh board. Original independent game; published analytics retained.
